Advanced Manufacturing Process
Our seamless pipes undergo a controlled, ISO 9001-compliant production sequence to ensure optimal grain structure and mechanical properties:
Billet Selection & Preheating:
Temp: ~1200°C.
Only certified, defects-free solid steel billets are chosen and heated uniformly in a rotary hearth furnace to ensure optimal plasticity.
Rotary Piercing & Elongation:
Seamless Forming.
The heated solid billet is pierced using precise conical rolls, transforming the solid bar into a robust, seamless hollow shell.
Hot Rolling & Precision Sizing:
Dimensional Control.
The shell passes through multi-stand rolling mills to achieve the precise target Outer Diameter (OD) and heavy Wall Thickness (WT).
Heat Treatment:
Normalizing / Q&T.
Pipes undergo specialized heat treatments (Normalizing, Annealing, or Quenching & Tempering) to relieve internal stresses and enhance toughness.
Calibration & 100% Inspection:
Quality Verification.
Following mechanical straightening, pipes pass through Ultrasonic (UT), Eddy Current (ET), and Hydrostatic testing to ensure absolute internal and surface integrity.
