Intelligent Steel Pipe Production Lines
Our three production bases are equipped with 17 newly established intelligent steel pipe production lines designed for efficient manufacturing across different product specifications. The production system integrates high-precision resistance welding pipe rolling machines, automated hot rolling machines, and intelligent non-destructive testing systems.
Each stage is organized around defined production operations, from steel strip forming and high-frequency welding to dimensional cutting and inspection. This coordinated process supports consistent manufacturing, efficient order execution, and large-volume steel pipe supply.

Steel Pipe Manufacturing Process
Our steel pipe production process combines forming, welding, inspection, and cutting into a coordinated manufacturing sequence. Each operation serves a defined purpose in producing steel pipes to the required specifications.
Manufacturing Workflow
- Steel Strip Preparation and Forming: Steel strip is prepared and shaped into the required tubular profile through pipe-forming equipment.
- High-Frequency Welding: The formed strip edges are joined through high-frequency welding to produce the pipe seam.
- Non-Destructive Testing: The applicable inspection system checks for relevant defects without damaging the pipe.
- Precision Cutting: Pipes are cut to the specified lengths for subsequent handling and delivery.

Steel Plate Rolling and Processing Capability
Our steel plate manufacturing facility is equipped with a continuous pickling and rolling line, a cold-rolled steel plate production line, and an intelligent shearing and straightening system. These facilities support steel plate processing from raw material pretreatment through rolling, dimensional processing, and order preparation.
The combination of rolling and downstream processing equipment allows production operations to be organized around the required steel plate specifications and delivery conditions.
